We start off with an elaborate questionnaire which will help us understand you business needs. Once you have briefed us about your business and provided us with your logo and other information, we set about the task of designing the main graphics of the solution. We put together a design concept. This concept will give you a good idea of how the finished site will look – what colors, placement of logo, content flow etc. Usually we show you the front page and a draft interior page.
At this stage you can make any suggestions or alterations you wish. We work with you on the comments hand in hand to ensure that you are not only satisfied with the concept but we will ensure that the solution has return on investment built in from a technological and functional point of view
Once you are satisfied with the design and give permission to go ahead with the rest of the site – adding content etc – then the assurance lapses. In other words, once you agree the site is OK and we move to the next stage, we understand there will be changes but it understandably it cannot be drastic to the approved concept. If you insist on a drastic change we can to so and a nominal additional fee. But usually our business intelligence forms are tried and tested that we ensure we hit the right note, we understand time and rework is money lost.
